The Great Soda Gyser

Ok, so I have this AWFUL cold. I have been drinking icy cold soda all day, because water didn't help. We're at the lunch table, and I refill my water bottle with soda. The bottle fizzed a little out the top, so I open the stopper, with my mouth over it, so as to catch any overflow. Suddenly, the bottle EXPLODES into my mouth! I dive out of the way, and the gyser continues for a bit, still 2 feet in the air. Miraculously none of the administrators notice! That incident is now known as The Great Soda Gyser of 2011.
